The Preservation Trust contributed $5000 from the Revolving Fund to the Rutland Community Land Trust to acquire an option on the Watkins School in Rutland. RCLT successfully purchased the property, rehabilitated it for senior housing, and paid the $5000 back to PTV’s Revolving Fund. The award video above tells the whole story.
