VHB’s Vermont Cultural Resources Group of four preservation planners is the largest cultural resources management team entirely based in Vermont. The team works on a wide range of projects including NR nominations, SR/NR eligibility determinations, documentation reports, historic tax credit applications, building histories, oral histories, and Section 106, Section 248, Section 4(f ), and Act 250 reviews. Clients include municipalities, state and federal government agencies, academic institutions, developers, non-profit organizations, and utility companies. VHB’s Vermont offices are home to 80+ engineering, planning, and environmental professionals who work to improve mobility and enhance communities while embracing environmental stewardship.
