Norman Williams Public Library, Woodstock
Constructed in 1885 and expanded in 1900, the Norman Williams Library was designed in the Romanesque style and built out of Vermont materials. The Library, which is located on the Woodstock Green and a central structure in the historic downtown, underwent a significant renovation in 2000 and updated its climate control systems in 2019. Funds would support an exterior repointing project.Â
