The Adamant Community Club was formed in 1962 when the Town deeded over the newly vacant 1895 one-room schoolhouse to the organization. The building is one of several buildings that give the rural village of Adamant its distinctive character and hosts a wide variety of social and educational programs including the Adamant “Drive-In,” local political candidate appearances, and serves as the start and finish for local parades and road races. This grant will support the painting and a portion of the window work.
