The 1853 McIndoe Academy sits at the center of the village of McIndoe Falls in the Town of Barnet. It served as the local high school until 1969 and has been maintained by the non-profit Academy Board of Trustees. The Academy now serves as a community center, library, and is home to the Town’s post office. Funds will support structural work along the rear elevation and in the basement.
