Originally built as the Town School in 1884, the Town of Hartford Municipal Offices are located in downtown Hartford. The building has been meticulously renovated to simultaneously bring the building back to its historic prominence, while modernizing and upgrading the building to a Net Zero ready facility. The work included upgrades to the accessibility of the building, increased resiliency against flood damage, and a complete rebuilding of the structural frame. This was achieved while enhancing

Peacham Cafe (Peacham Cafe LLC)
The Peacham Cafe LLC, a subsidiary of Peacham Community Housing has carefully restored a building that once housed a general store (and later a fire station then a bus barn) into a delightful cafe with a small, but important, grocery section. The cafe has become a major social gathering place in Peacham in addition to serving excellent meals throughout the year. PTV support was instrumental in making this project possible.
